How do I apply?

 The aspiring candidate should visit the web-site http://maha-agriadmission.in/ or www.mcaer.org and download the brochure which contains the detail information such as eligibility criteria, admission schedule, admission process etc. and follow the procedure accordingly. 

Field Inspection

Note

  • Those who have not offered Mathematics as one of the subjects at XII Std. (Science) shall have to complete 2 additional credits in Mathematics as deficiency course which will not be considered while calculating the C.G.P.A.

  • Candidates from outside of Maharashtra State who have passed qualifying examination of XII Std. (Science) or equivalent with Botany and Zoology instead of Biology are also eligible for admission.

  • The Candidates acquiring diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Jammu & Kashmir State with qualifying subjects mentioned in the column of eligibility for B.Tech. (Agril. Engg.) will be eligible for admission in the Agricultural Engineering faculty.

  • The changes will be made in admission eligibility as per government resolution issued time to time.

  • The highest marks of entrance examination will be considered in case of candidate appearing more than one entrance examination.

  • The schedule of admission process will not be postponed, if result of examination conducted by Indian council of Agriculture Research (AIEEA –UG) is delayed.

  • In respect of candidates passing XII Std. (Science) Examination from any institute should have passed the examination with minimum 50% marks.

Intake

The intake capacity of college for first year Agricultural Engineering is 40. Out of the total seats 80% are filled by MPKV, Rahuri and MCAER, Pune on the merit basis, rest 20% are filled through Management Quota.
